ANALISIS OPERASIONAL PEMBIAYAAN BAITUL MAAL WAT TAMWIL (BMT) DENGAN KONSEP ISLAM:

Studi di BMT Al-hidayah Lombok Timur

Abstract

The aim of this studi are (a) to know the suitability of the contract, profit and loss sharing, margin and collateral in operational financing of BMT using Islam concept and to know the concept of business managers to meet these suitability, and  (b) to know the balance between Maal function and tamwil function at BMT Al-hidayah, East Lombok. This research use a qualitative method with phenomenology approach.The findings of this study are: (a) There is a discrepancy with the Islamic concept of such contract, margins, both on murabaha. Security aspect is suitable with the Islamic concept. In good Mudharaba and Qardh contract, the absence of profit sharing and security is suitable with Islamic concepts. To operate in accordance with Shariah. (b) Maal function management and Maal functions have not been balanced since the at BMT Al-hidayah there is no specific guidance to manage Baitul Maal. (c). Operationally, the management of BMT acknowledge there is few still not suitable with the concept of Islam because society characteristics who are still unfamiliar with the conventional system
