This article discusses the fiqh review of the West Nusa Tenggara regional regulations on halal tourism. The main problem that becomes the focal point of the discussion is that halal tourism can have a positive impact on the surrounding community or vice versa. To answer this question, the author uses the literature study method, by using books, scientific journals, and several other scientific works as primary sources. After conducting a long research, the authors found that halal tourism managed by the government of the NTB province is considered very important in improving the quality of worship of the tourists who come because it is managed Islamically and functions for the benefit of physical and spiritual well-being that is healthy, khairat, ma'rufat without immorality. and munkarat, by prioritizing Islamic ethics and principles. And this is in accordance with the vision and mission of West Nusa Tenggara Province, namely NTB which is faithful, cultured, prosperous and competitive.
